§ 01 Acceptance of Terms

• You may register only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

488win processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 488win does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 488win cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of 488win's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified mobile wallet accounts (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer requests, subject to banking hours and verification status.
• 488win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, disproportionate, or potentially linked to fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your 488win account must be used for wagering purposes. 488win reserves the right to deduct a processing fee from withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one qualifying wagering transaction.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

488win offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players aged 21 and above only. 488win reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer carries a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus balances will expire and be removed automatically at the end of this period.

§ 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 488win platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 488win does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where a manifest error has occurred on the part of 488win.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — such as incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error — 488win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the originating player accounts.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time. 488win does not influence game outcomes.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply across all product verticals and are published in the relevant sections of the platform. Bets placed in excess of published limits may be partially accepted or voided at 488win's discretion.
• 488win reserves the right to limit the stakes, restrict the markets available, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional advantage play, arbitrage activity, or coordinated betting strategies.

§ 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 488win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all related bets and winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access the platform, place bets, or interact with any game or feature.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or card sharing in live dealer games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information regarding the outcome of any sporting event.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false personal information during the registration or verification process.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 488win account on your behalf.

§ 08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 488win platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 488win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 488win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from 488win.

§ 09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 488win's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

488win shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 488win had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
